Bob Takahashi
After graduating from a culinary school in Tokyo, Bob Takahashi opened his own French bistro in Tokyo Bunkyo-ku at the age of 24. He spent seven years in Tokyo, then moved to Wakayama Prefecture for three years. In 2018, he moved to Pemberton, Canada, with his family. After working as a chef in a sushi restaurant for seven years, he started the food truck Bob's.
His activities focus on techniques based on French cuisine, the unique Japanese approach to ingredients, and health and fine dining.
